A sleep-deprived adult learner is not lazy or disengaged \u2014 they are cognitively under-resourced. Memory won\u2019t consolidate, attention frays, emotions run hot. Educators witness this every day but are rarely equipped to name it, let alone act on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cSleep is the most underestimated lever in adult learning. SereniSleep exists to put it back in the educator\u2019s hands.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SereniSleep \u2014 Unlocking Deep Rest for a Healthier Tomorrow \u2014 is a small-scale Erasmus+ partnership (KA210-ADU, 2025\u20132026) that turns the science of sleep into practical, inclusive, classroom-ready pedagogy for adult educators across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OUR MISSION<\/strong> What we set out to do<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equip adult educators to recognise sleep deprivation as a learning barrier and respond within their professional boundaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Co-create an evidence-based, multilingual training programme rooted in real research from Spain, Bulgaria and Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Centre the learners with the fewest options \u2014 migrants, shift workers, caregivers and socio-economically disadvantaged adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave behind open, free, reusable resources that outlive the project through EPALE and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"line-height:1.75\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checkmark-list\">\n<li><strong>MOGA ZNAM TVORIA<\/strong> \u2014 <em>Varna, Bulgaria (Coordinator)<\/em><br>Specialists in STEM, health education and civic engagement. As project coordinator, MOGA ZNAM leads the sleep-science foundation of the programme and hosted the in-person training in Varna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kreativna stanica \/ Creative Station<\/strong> \u2014 <em>Belgrade, Serbia<\/em><br>Experts in pedagogical innovation and experiential learning for adult education. Creative Station leads the behaviour-change and learning-design blocks and the project\u2019s capacity-building activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ABARKA ONGD <\/strong>\u2014 <em>Oiartzun \/ Basque Country, Spain<\/em><br>A cooperation-and-development NGO working on inclusion, lifelong learning and well-being for vulnerable adults, including migrant women through its EGG programme.
